Comtemplation Corrine Gilman

Contemplation

Going inward.  Following the silent trail through the psyche that leads to a place of stillness.

Listening for what shows up.

A door to open, a branching path to follow, a light in a far off

window, down the road, in your dreams.

Resting and nourishing, stretching and walking.

Being present to your life, noticing everything.

Looking inside, full on and askance to what shows up.

Being a vessel, being open to filling your own cup with joy.
